Being independent from vessel’s power supply, Omega’s Sound Powered Telephone system allows for emergency communication at critical spots in the vessel even in case of power failure.
It is manufactured to be a waterproof and dustproof system appropriate for the vessel and adopts the input power supply to deliver communications and signals such as bell and lamp. This system includes flush, wall, waterproof, portable and I.S. models, all of which can be interfaced to the horn, bell, flashing light and the foot switch. It was tested at the IEC60945 standard and approved for CE, it also obtained the type approval from CCS and DNW
